Software Analyst - PL/SR

Position Summary: Lidere Sistemas Especiais is seeking a highly qualified Software Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, developing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions that meet our clients' needs, ensuring efficiency and quality of systems.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze software requirements and develop detailed specifications.
• Design, code, test, and document new programs or changes to existing programs.
• Perform maintenance and update of software systems.
• Collaborate with the development team and other departments to identify and resolve issues.
• Participate in project planning and review meetings.
• Ensure software solutions are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Provide technical support and training to end users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Analyst or in a similar position.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as PHP, Python, PL/SQL, among others.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies is a plus.
